Don’t let the name fool you—“Day of” services actually begin 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day and also include vendor referrals! You plan the perfect wedding, and we’ll work with you to manage all of the wedding day details and ensure it all runs smoothly. From sending out timelines and floor plans, to confirming orders, accepting deliveries and setting up every last detail, we’ll work side by side with your vendors to ensure your vision is executed. We’ll be the first to arrive at your wedding and the last to leave, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your special day! Starting at $1500.00 this package is the perfect package for DIY Brides who just need someone to make sure her dream day goes as planned.

Services Included:

  • Initial Consultation

  • One meeting up to 6 weeks prior to your wedding

  • List of trusted professional vendors to meet your style and budget

  • Contact all vendors prior to wedding to confirm details and appointments

  • Up to 4 hours of decor setup for ceremony and reception

  • Attend and direct rehearsal, as needed

  • Assistance with wedding day vendor deliveries and appointments

  • Act as single point of contact for vendors and staff on wedding day

  • Work side-by-side with vendors to ensure you receive the ultimate service

  • Coordinator is on-site up to 4 hours prior to ceremony, until end of reception

Lavish- Basic Designing

Our most popular service! Perfect for the couple planning from out of town–Basic Planning focuses on wedding tasks that destination brides struggle with most often, and can be customized to perfectly fit your needs and budget.

Beginning with a detailed budget, we’ll walk you through as you begin your planning and connect you with reliable vendors and venues. We will secure reduced rates and reservations for guest accommodations and will assist you in setting up transportation services for your guests. We’ll even assist you with setting up rental orders, floor plans & time lines. Our full design package is included, to help you create the day you’ve always envisioned from the perfect linens & specialty chairs to exquisite flowers & unique escort card displays. As you plan we’ll keep you on track with a customized online planning page as well as planning consultations throughout your engagement. On your wedding day, Affairs by Amanda is on hand to offer all Day-of Coordination services and ensure that your day is stress-free and perfect.


Luxury- All Inclusive Designing

Our all-inclusive full-service planning is perfect for brides planning destination weddings in South Jersey and Philadelphia!

We’ll assist you from start to finish with a detailed budget, invitations, design concept, attire, vendors, guest accommodations, bar service, rentals, menu selection, music and more!
We will connect you with vendors who not only fit your budget, but also your style and personality. From the initial design concepts to vendor selection and the finishing touches, we focus on creating a wedding that expresses you, down to even the smallest detail. Because of our attentive and hands-on approach to each couple, we unfortunately have to limit the number of full-service weddings we handle each year–please contact us for availability.
